Daylesford near Kingham is a farmshop you can make a whole stop around. Start with the food: vegetables from the market garden, bread and pastries from the bakery, cheese made in the on-site creamery and a selection of organic pantry goods. Home and garden rooms extend the browse well beyond a weekly shop.
Eat or take something home
The farm has several places to eat, including The Trough and The Old Spot, and their menus and last-order times differ from the shop’s. A coffee and a wander through the food halls is an easy short visit; lunch makes it a longer one. If you are coming for a particular restaurant, workshop or spa treatment, book that separately rather than assuming the farmshop visit covers it.
