Visit website

Broughton Grange is a garden visit for people who like structure and scale. The formal walled garden, long lime avenue and clipped shapes sit within a much larger parkland landscape, so the experience moves from close planting detail to broad, quiet views. The garden’s design feels contemporary while remaining firmly connected to the old estate.

For the 2026 season the garden opens on Wednesdays from April to the end of September, which keeps the visit calm but makes checking dates essential. Wear comfortable shoes and allow two hours for the garden and wider paths. It pairs well with Banbury or nearby Broughton Castle, especially when you want a horticultural stop without the crowds of the better-known gardens.
